Rhiannon was admitted in 1981 and was formerly a family law partner in a Lincoln’s Inn practice before joining Dawson Cornwell in 1993. She is regularly named as one of the leading family lawyers in London in The Legal 500 and in Chambers & Partners.
She advises on all areas of law arising out of family breakdown, particularly financial settlements. She is a Resolution Accredited Specialist in European and International Family Law and Advanced Financial Provision.
Rhiannon is a member of Resolution. She is a Fellow of the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and a member of the International Family Law Committee of the American Bar Association, the International Bar Association and LAWASIA. She is also a member of other associations including the International Society of Family Law, the British Spanish Law Association, and the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia. She is a trained mediator accredited by Resolution and the Family Mediators Association. She was also accredited by Resolution as a mediation trainer.
Rhiannon is a co-author of the family law section of “The Lawyer’s Factbook” published by Sweet & Maxwell and a regular speaker on family law.
