Carolina is a Spanish Abogado, who cross-qualified as a Solicitor in 2006.
She specialises in international cases; jurisdiction disputes, child abduction, registration and enforcement of foreign contact orders, leave to remove, residence, contact and care cases.
Carolina graduated from the University of Murcia, Spain with a degree in law in 2000. She studied international family and Italian procedural law for a year at the Università degli Studi Magna Græcia, Italy on a European Commission "Erasmus" scholarship. She joined Dawson Cornwell having won a second European Commission scholarship under the "Leonardo Da Vinci" programme after being specially selected by the Fundación Universidad Empresa in Murcia and qualified as a European Lawyer in 2004.
Carolina is a member of the International Bar Association, the British and Spanish Law Association, the Spanish Association of Family Lawyers, AEAFA, Reunite: International Child Abduction Centre and the Society of British and Argentine Lawyers.
She is a frequent lecturer on family law.
Carolina's mother tongue is Spanish. She also speaks fluent English and Italian.
